The Twin City Kiwanis Club is dedicated to supporting dozens of nonprofit youth organizations, most of them in the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina and a few internationally based.

2016 DONATIONS:

Last year, the Twin City Kiwanis Club donated more than $63,550 to 21 nonprofit youth organizations, as follows:

In 2015, the Twin City Kiwanis Club donated $44,275 to 22 nonprofit youth organizations, as follows:

The Twin City Kiwanis Club also gives charitable donations to a number of local youth-service organizations at various high schools, and the groups use the funding to help pay their expenses to attend their organizations' meetings and conferences.  A list of the youth organizations that received funding in 2015 follows:

  • Mount Tabor High School Key Club
  • North Forsyth High School Key Club
  • North Forsyth High School ROTC
  • Reagan High School Key Club

2014 DONATIONS:

In 2014, the Twin City Kiwanis Club donated $33,547 to 28 nonprofit youth organizations, as follows:

The Twin City Kiwanis Club also gives charitable donations to a number of local youth-service organizations at various high schools, and the groups use the funding to help pay their expenses to attend their organizations' meetings and conferences.  A list of the youth organizations that received funding in 2014 include Key Clubs at these schools:

In 2013, the Twin City Kiwanis Club donated $27,388 to 28 nonprofit youth organization in Forsyth County and two foreign countries.  The four largest donations went to:

In 2012, the Twin City Kiwanis Club donated $30,305 to 18 nonprofit youth organizations in Forsyth County and two foreign countries.  The four largest donations went to:

This was the largest donation that the club has made in its 55-year history.  The donations, awarded by the club’s youth programs and support committee, come from proceeds from the club’s annual Pancake Jamboree.
