In order to carry out all the projects that Kiwanis is involved with throughout
the year, each member is asked to join one or more committees.

| Club Administration | Oversee house & reception; schedule programs, provide music, secure meeting locations; develop & monitor strategic plan; audit finances; update by-laws. | |
| Finance & Fundraising | Prepare annual budget, monitor & report fiscal status, oversee fundraising. | |
| Marketing & Communications | Develop & implement club marketing plan; manage e-mail, newsletter, member directory & website; handle all media relations; direct Pancake Day marketing. | |
| Member & Community Services | Hold social events, support members' human & spiritual values, organize interclub, coordinate volunteer/community service activities. | |
| Membership Growth & Development | Oversee recruitment; administer new member orientation, member retention & satisfaction. | |
| Pancake Jamboree | Manage all aspects for annual fundraising event. | |
| Youth Programs & Support | Develop strategic partnerships; establish & support sponsored youth; support international relations & 4-H; determine financial support for youth programs. |
